Hatha yoga: Physical posture practice


Ella's bodywork sessions aim to give practitioners a gentle, yet energising practice that rebalances the entire organism ~ restoring our natural state of balance and harmony.

Drawing on the ancient tools of yoga Ella guides students through a series of gentle movements, combined with focus on the breath when appropriate, in order to reinstate the body-breath-mind connection.

Where necessary, guidance is also given around the energetic impulses in the body.

Relaxation techniques are always offered as well as the opportunity to meditate.

Sessions can be tailored to specific individual or group needs such as:
- Yoga for sport enthusiasts - improving core strength, stamina and lung capacity
- Yoga for emotional well-being - to reduce stress, anxiety and depression
- Yoga to improve mental acuity and focus - including posture and meditation techniques
